From surveyed ground to a finished threshold, scroll through the entrance as structure, material, lighting and landscape arrive in sequence.

01Ground

Before anything is built, survey levels establish the boulevard axis and mark the exact position of every portal. These measurements keep the entrance square to the road and place the median cleanly on the centre line.

02Structure

Pile caps, reinforcement and anchor points are completed before the steel frames arrive in sections. Each frame is lifted, aligned and braced until the entrance reaches its full structural height.

03Finish

Gold cladding, integrated lighting, road surfacing and planting complete the entrance in sequence. The final view records the same fixed camera position after the threshold has been fully assembled.

Development procedure

The visible finish comes last. The work begins with measurements, moves below ground, builds upward through the road layers, and only then raises the structures that define the address.

  1. 01

    Survey and set out. Levels, centre lines and portal positions are transferred from the drawings to the ground. This measured grid gives every stage that follows a fixed point of reference.

  2. 02

    Services below the surface. Stormwater lines, utility ducts and inspection chambers are installed before the road is sealed. Bedding, levels and connections are checked while every run is still accessible.

  3. 03

    Build the road from the ground up. Prepared subgrade is compacted first, followed by aggregate base laid in controlled lifts. Kerbs establish the edges before the asphalt paver and rollers complete the running surface.

  4. 04

    Construct the Nova office. The reinforced concrete frame establishes the office structure before masonry, services and the external stone finish are installed. Scaffolding and lifting equipment keep each stage accessible while the pavilion takes its final form.
