From interest to a documented record

Booking procedure

A practical due-diligence sequence for verifying the project, complete cost, payment instructions and allocation record before committing.

01

Request current issued information

Obtain the dated inventory, payment schedule, approval reference and booking checklist from an authorised project channel.

02

Verify the project and plot basis

Confirm the legal contracting party, land and approval status, plot category, phase, dimensions and allocation method.

03

Review the complete financial obligation

Compare booking, instalments and every additional charge. Read cancellation, refund, late-payment and transfer rules.

04

Submit documents through an authorised channel

Use only the payment and document-submission instructions stated in the issued booking material. Keep copies of every submitted document.

05

Confirm payment and allocation records

Collect an official receipt and written confirmation of the application, allocation or ballot status and the next dated milestone.

Keep a record

Save the version you relied on.

Keep dated copies of the approval reference, master plan, price or inventory confirmation, application, payment schedule, charge list, receipt and allocation communication. Record the authorised channel that supplied each document.
