1. Who is the legal contracting party?

Record the full registered name that will appear on the application, receipt and agreement. Confirm who owns or controls the land and who is authorised to receive money.

2. What is the approval status?

Ask for the current approval or NOC reference, issuing authority, approved area and plan revision. Verify the document with the authority where possible.

3. What exactly am I booking?

Confirm plot category, dimensions, location or allocation method, orientation, phase and whether the booking is for a specific plot or a future ballot.

4. What is the complete cost?

List the total price and every additional development, documentation, transfer, utility, possession or membership charge. Note which amounts can change.

5. Which dates and milestones control payment?

Use a dated payment plan and identify what happens if construction, ballot, allocation or possession timing changes.

6. What are the cancellation and transfer rules?

Read the refund deductions, late-payment treatment, transfer eligibility, fees and processing time before paying the booking amount.

7. Which document wins if information conflicts?

Advertisements, messages and calculators are not substitutes for the signed application and issued terms. Ask the project team to identify the controlling document in writing.

Project visuals describe the intended character. Availability, dimensions, approvals, prices, schedules and delivery must be checked against current issued documents before any decision.
