Proximity changes usefulness
A park, mosque, school area or community hall matters most when people can reach it safely and naturally. The master plan should show how shared places connect to residential streets, pedestrian routes and vehicle access—not simply that they exist somewhere inside a boundary.
Operations matter as much as design
Ask who will build, own, maintain and operate each facility. A labelled amenity may be planned, approved, under construction, delivered or run by a third party; those are materially different states. Clear project communication should name the state and the document date.
Questions for a plan review
- Which amenities are included in the approved plan?
- What phase contains each facility?
- How will pedestrians reach it?
- Who is responsible for delivery and operation?
- What recurring maintenance or service charges may apply?
Project visuals describe the intended character. Availability, dimensions, approvals, prices, schedules and delivery must be checked against current issued documents before any decision.
